I thought this would take more time, but living in the 21st century definitely has its perks! Same day as I was writing about the kindle publishing, I can also add the possibility of buying the paperback version! Once again, you can still read the whole book on my webpage (click here).
So what is the difference? The Kindle version is available for $3 and the Paperback for $15 (or equivalent after conversions). In both cases it was about the lowest amount I could select for the two versions respectively. Interestingly enough, I actually get more in royalties for kindle versions than I do for paperback. For every kindle version sold, I get around $2, while for every paperback I get about 30 cents. Still, I absolutely want both to be available, since I myself sometimes prefer to have a printed copy of a book I enjoy.
Without further ado, since I made both versions available “worldwide”, here’s the links for the different countries that could be relevant for people I know. Also, eventually the kindle & paperback editions should be linked in Amazon (it says it can take a couple of days for that to happen).
