It took a while to get through the approval process, and, still waiting on two stores for ebook (scribd and hoopla), but for the rest, it’s here:

Paperback available through Barnes & Noble and Amazon hopefully soon-ish, at $15 (still saying you can only preorder, I imagine it’s going to be ready any day now since the ebook has been approved through them).
